This policy explains what information Xentura LLC ("Xentura", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to xentura.org and to our calls, emails and text messages with business owners.
Information we collect
- Business contact details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address and phone number.
- Public business information, such as a business's name, address, phone number, website and public reviews from sources like Google business listings.
- Records of our conversations, including notes and, where we tell you at the start of the call, call recordings.
- Information you send through our website, such as the contact form.
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment and contract providers. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
- To contact you about our services and schedule calls you agree to.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To prepare for and deliver the work you hire us for.
- To keep records, train our team and improve our service.
Text messages (SMS)
We only text you if you agree to it, usually when you book a call with us by phone. Our texts are appointment reminders and scheduling messages, such as a reminder before our call or a note if we miss each other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not share, sell or rent your mobile number or your text-message consent to any third party for their marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data is never shared with third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and phone system, email provider, contract-signing and payment providers, under their own privacy and security terms, and when the law requires it.
Call recording
Some calls are recorded for training and quality. When a call is recorded, we say so at the start. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will stop.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Reply "no thanks" to any email, or use the opt-out line in it, to stop emails.
- Email us to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
